Perryville House was built in 1820 by Captain Adam Warren Perry for his family whose ancestors continued to reside here until the late 1950s. It had various owners from then until 1997 when, fired by the beauty, character and history of this lovely house, The Corcoran Family undertook the mammoth task of refurbishing and bringing it back to its former glory. Situated in the heart of Kinsale, overlooking the harbour, Perryville House welcomes guests from all around the world.

Our season runs from April to October each year.

Garden Room

For exclusive use by our guests, enjoy afternoon tea with home-baked cakes in our light-filled Garden Room. In the evening, savour your favourite tipple. Our garden room is inviting and very comfortable. We encourage you to relax, unwind & enjoy.

Courtyard Garden

During the warm summer days, our courtyard garden is a beautiful, intimate space to relax in and soak up the sun and fresh sea air. Enjoy afternoon tea or an aperitif or simply get lost into a good book.

Evening Dining

We do not have a restaurant in the house for evening dining. Our central location means that the finest restaurants in Kinsale are all just a short stroll from our front door so we invite you to explore the culinary delights that the town offers. We highly recommend pre-booking your restaurants before your arrival.

sustainability

At Perryville House, sustainability is one of our core practices. We endeavour to minimise our environmental impact to promote a better future. We are doing this through the use of energy efficient practices and waste management. We are fully powered by solar panels, we grow all our own flowers and keep bees. We have an efficient compost system in operation as well as EV charging portals for our guests convenience.
